• Legal document preparation fees where applicable
• Third-party service fees (appraisals, inspections, etc.)

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate information and professional services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines in probate proceedings, as these are subject to court schedules and various factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probate Real Estate Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or inability to use our services.

While Nevada probate typically takes 6-8 months, timelines can vary based on court schedules, case complexity, and other factors. We cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

We respect the confidentiality of your estate and probate matters. Information shared with us will be kept confidential except as required by law or court order, or as necessary to perform our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
